    Brittany Astles

    Glassblower.

I first fell in love with glassblowing back in 2017, prompting me to volunteer at the former shop. I took some time off to pursue a master’s in 2019, but ecstatically came back in January 2022. Since then I’ve completed all the GB courses, I regularly rent studio time, and I volunteer as the OGC's Events Coordinator. I’m still on my journey of discovering my artistic style and perfecting the whisky glass (I’m almost there!). I enjoy making small vessels, and small sculptures like pumpkins, and eggplants.

    Chloé Charette

    Glassblower, Flameworker, Beadmaker, Kilncaster.

Growing up, Ottawa-born Chloe has made a beeline through every art form. Happening on to glass at age 25, she fell head over heels and has been making glass her main love for 11 years. Since graduating from Espace Verre in 2012, she has split her time between teaching glass arts in Quebec and Ontario, attending numerous classes and workshops in glass and other media, and making art happen.

    Marylou Miles

    Glassblower.

I blow glass as often as I can and have been doing so for over 20 years. Some would place me as an intermediate, others would not.

It is my forever challenge in life but always puts me in my Happy Place. I get great pleasure in giving my pieces away. All are thrilled to receive such a unique gift and I get to educate them on this wonderful medium.
